Katara is organizing a whole host of activities, prominent among which are a Laser Show in the beach area, a synchronized musical water fountain show and fireworks. There will be three fireworks sessions per night, each lasting 30 minutes with about an interval of an hour between each session. The Eid activities will go on between 7.30pm and 10.30pm.

Enjoy a spectacular Ballet on Ice show along with performances by string walkers and jugglers. There’s also a magic show, a bubble show and shows featuring animals to add to the entertainment options on every day of Eid.
The performances will be part of two main shows on each day. Each show will be divided into two parts. The schedule of the shows is as follows:
Part 1: 5.30pm-6.15pm – Ballet on Ice
Part 2: 6.45pm-7.45pm – Comedy Comic, String Walker, Juggler, Bubble Show, Magic Show, Bird & Animal Show
Part 1: 8.30pm-9.15pm – Ballet on Ice
Part 2: 9.30pm-10.30pm – Comedy Comic, String Walker, Juggler, Bubble Show, Magic Show, Bird & Animal Show
Other: Teeter Board & Russian Bar: First Show – 6.30pm to 6.50pm, Second Show: 8.30pm to 8.50pm

Wyndham Grand Regency: As part of Eid Al Fitr, Wyndham Grand Regency is offering special Eid Al Fitr accommodation and dining packages. The package includes accommodation in a Deluxe Room for QR1111 as well as a breakfast buffet for two, Angsana Spa gift vouchers, early check-in and late checkout options. Hyatt Plaza: A lineup of different activities at the Jungle Zone is available for Eid at Hyatt Plaza. These along with Qatar’s first indoor air track, 7D theatre, as well as other attractions will be available for public viewing. These include Japanese drummers, a Popeye play, an Angry Birds show, magic shows, Zuma Zuma, Rola, Snow White, parades and other shows beginning at 2pm. All of these will happen between August 8 and August 17.
Lagoona Mall: Lagoona Mall has a 10-day Eid Al Fitr celebration that includes an array of different activities.
Qatar National Theatre is organizing Al Firjan, an Arabic-language play written by Ghanem Al Sulaiti. Tickets to the play are priced between QR100 and QR300. The show will run between 8pm and 10pm.
Wanasa Entertainment City: Organised at the Doha Exhibition Center, a number of leisure activities including entertainment, dining, shopping and lots more will be part of this entertainment city. Some of the events and happenings include a circus show, games, theatre plays, performances by cartoon characters, restaurants and shopping booths.
Entrance to this event that will run from August 8 to September 15 is free, however, food, shopping and entertainment will be available at an extra cost.
La Cigale has music, a spectacular brunch buffet and lots more to offer. Arab Idol winner, Mohamad Assaf and Salma Rashid accompanied by maestro Elie Aliya and an orchestra of eight musicians will perform at Al Wajba Ballroom on all nights of Eid at La Cigale’s Al Wajba Ballroom every night of Eid at 9pm (doors open at 8.30pm). Tickets are priced at QR600, QR800 and QR1000. Tickets are available for purchase at Virgin Megastore website.
Eid Desert Safari: Qatar Ventures is organizing a day-trip Desert Safari on Saturday, August 9. Tickets for kids (ages 10 years and below) are priced at QR200 and for adults are QR300. Group packages or groups of 6 are priced at QR1500.
The tour, which will begin at with a 2pm pick up from Villaggio Mall, will include dune bashing, camel rides, volleyball, football, bouncy castle for kids, fishing and delicious meals on the side. The safari will end at 8.30pm.

Marwa Fayed’s Toy Run – Qatar: Take some time to donate used and unwanted toys to needy children around several orphanages around Cairo. Cairo Toy Run for Orphanages was created by Egyptian national Marwa Sayed and continues even after she passed away earlier this year.

Monte Carlo Circus organized by the Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA) will held at Qatar Sports Club from August 8 to August 15. Tickets are priced between QR25 and QR150. There will be two show each day at 6.30pm and at 9pm.
