Tawa Fried Fish

King Fish, 2 slices
10ml Fresh Lemon juice
5ml Ginger-garlic paste
3g Chilli powder
1g Fresh roasted cumin powder
5g Chickpea flour (Besan)
Salt, to taste
Crushed black pepper, to taste
- Make a marinade of lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, egg, salt, chickpea flour, cumin powder and crushed black pepper.
- Wash and wipe the fish slice and apply the marinade on both the sides of the slice.
- Take a flat pan, pour oil and once it’s hot, cook the fish on both the sides until it is cooked.
