150g Shredded Pomelo
2g Chopped Garlic
2g Chopped Red Chili
100g Crab Meat
80g Coconut, Roasted and Grated
50g Fried Shallot
10g Dried Shrimp, Ground
50ml Pomelo dressing
2g Fried Dry Chili
5g Coriander Leaf
- Mix pomelo with garlic, chili and dressing.
- Add grated coconut, dried shrimp, fried shallot and crab meat. Mix well.
- Plate and garnish with coriander leaf and fried chili.
