The six-day long Qatar Career Fair 2013 kicked off today at the Qatar National Convention Centre. Over 145 public and private companies are participating this year to offer a variety of challenging and exciting training and employment opportunities to Qataris.
Though the event has been planned exclusively for Qataris, the first day saw a good mix of nationals and expatriate job seekers in attendance. However, on the spot online application is open to only Qataris while non-Qataris are requested to mail their résumé. In any case, it’s best to carry yours with you.
According to the results from Qatar Career Fair 2012, there were a total of 9,290 recruitments across the education, employment, training and development categories.
