Jaidah Flyover to temporarily close from January 29

The Jaidah Flyover in Mushaireb area will closed temporarily from Wednesday, January 29, for upgrade and maintenance.

In a statement, the Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ has announced that the closure will be implememnted in two phases. The first phase will include the closure of only the east-bound lane of the flyover going towards Mushaireb. Traffic coming from Jabur Bin Ahmed Intersection (Ramada Signal) and Salwa Road will be diverted to the ground level through Mushaireb Interchange.

Ashghal Phase 1
The second phase of the project will commence on February 15 for two weeks during which the east-bound lane will be open while the west-bound lane of the Jaidah Flyover going towards Jabur Bin Ahmed Intersection (Ramada Signal) and the Industrial Area will be closed. Traffic going to Salwa Road and the Industrial area will again be diverted to the Mushaireb Interchange.
