According to Middle East Job Index Survey 2014, about 62% of employers in the region prefer candidates with good communication skills in Arabic and English.

In a post for the Middle East job portal, writer Bayan Okdeh reveals the top 10 most sought after skills by employers in the region, based on her experience while working with employers. And communication skills topped the list.
