    Chef Jacek Bzdzkot

    Jacek is the sous chef at The Grill restaurant. He completed his training in food gastronomy and pastry in Warsaw, after which he worked as Chef de Partie in Venti tee Restaurant at Hyatt Regency Warsaw.

  • Chef Kenza

    Chef Kenza Fatahir

    Kenza is the Chef de par tie at Grand Hyatt Doha. She won the first prize at a culinary competition in Morocco in March 2010. She was a former Demi chef de par tie in Grand HYatt Casablanca.

    Chef Nattaporn Jitpraneechai

    Nattaporn actually holds a Bachelors degree in accounts from the Bangkok University. But she soon realized her passion for cooking and obtained a diploma in Traditional Thai Cooking as part of the Oriental hotel Apprenticeship programme.

  • Chef Sam

    Chef Sam Issa Alan

    Sam is Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt Doha at Banquets Kitchen was in charge of opening Majlis restaurant at Grand Hyatt Doha. Prior to this he worked as Sous Chef at Grand Hyatt Singapore.

  • Chef Sebastian

    Chef Sebastian Suarez

    Sebastian formerly worked as Chef de Partie at Burj Al Arab in Dubai and prior to that at Sofitel 5 Stars Hotel in Buenos Aires.

  • Chef Maligame

    Chef Malimage Mishane Shenal Perera

    Maligame is a sous chef at Grand Hyatt who specializes in making all kinds of salads. He previously worked in Hilton Colombo and has a degree in Kitchen Management from Hilton Worldwide.
