Now that schools are having their summer break, your kids are most likely to get bored at home. Here’s a list of summer camps around the city to keep them on their toes.
Evolution Sports Qatar Summer Camp
The Evolution Sports Qatar will be holding a soccer camp from 6 July, 2014 in Doha College, Al Waab and Westbay. The summer camp will be for kids from the ages of 4 to 16 years from 9am till 1pm. Gymnastics Academy Holiday Club
This summer camp is for students between the ages of 5-12 and includes a whole variety of activities from gymnastics to board games to cookery. The holiday club will take place at Doha English Speaking School (DESS) with activities starting from 8:45 am to 12:30 pm. The classes cost QR190 per day and QR860 per week. Brickz 4 Kidz Summer Camp
Two camps will be held over the summer from 15-26 June and 2-27 August. The camp is for children between the ages of 4 to 12 years. The first camp is from 4:30 pm to 8pm and the second camp is from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 8 pm. The club activities comprise of building station, S.T.E.M station, Creativity and Imagination Station, Imagination Station, Talent and Drama Station and Health and Food station. IAID summer workshop 2014
With the availability of a wide range of classes, kids can now choose to do something they really enjoy as well as develop different skills for only QR300 for each class per month. IAID offers classes such as painting, learning the guitar, karate etc and is located near in Hilal-D ring road at Al Tadamon Signal.
Enana Summer Ballet Academy
Ballet glasses for the kids at Enana Summer Ballet Camp will give them an introduction to a special form of dance and tone their bodies over a period of four weeks. The classes are not restricted to just ballet, it includes gymnastics, pop dance, acting and yoga for kids between the ages of 5-12 years. Yama Yoga Warriors Summer Camp
This kids summer programme involves a huge variety of yoga activities. Kids between the ages of 6 – 13 years old are welcome for QR900 per week with discounts for siblings and additional weeks.
