    You should include bed-space and sharing accommodation rates too IMHO. Unless Justhere.qa is not aimed at that income leve, in which case it is fine.

    Not looking logical, monthly expenses are much more than mentioned even for two persons

    Those average rent prices are way too low. The real prices are way higher than that.

    The Rent costs are going up from 2013 by 20% in some places !!!
    and the trend will probably continue to 2022.
