Spicy Seafood Salad

50g squid, sliced and boiled
50g prawns, boiled
30g green mussels, boiled
20g sliced onions
10g Thai celery
20g spring onions
15g cherry tomatoes
10g chilies

For the dressing:
20ml lime juice
20ml fish sauce
10ml syrup

  • Cook the squid, prawns and green mussel. Let it cool.
  • Transfer the cooked prawns, squid and mussel into a bowl. Mix it together with sliced onion, spring onions, Thai celery and chilies.
  • Drizzle a few spoons of the dressing and mix well.
