Rice Pudding with Kunafa

Prep Time: 50 minutes     Level of Difficulty: Easy     Serves: 1-2 persons

Ingredients:

100g rice
500g milk
100g sugar
Vanilla essence
200g kunafa

  • Boil the rice with the milk, sugar and a few drops of vanilla essence for 40 minutes in minimum heat.
  • When the rice is cooked let it cool down.
  • Cook the kunafa in the oven at 170 degrees Celcius for 10 minutes.
  • Add the kunafa on the rice pudding and serve warm.
